About Michael and Thanking the Good Lord...

Thanks for all the calls and emails about Michael it is funny you really find out who your friends are when something like this happens for sure. And those who you would think who would be calling and asking if we needed anything or help they don't. UMN.. makes you wonder huh? It has been over 3 months since Michael worked since he got hurt at work I should say. He did get his stitches out and the Surgeon said he could return to work on August 18th if he continues to do fine. If no problems he will not see the Surgeon again till September 10th. It has been a LONG SUMMER having Michael and Aaron both home. Good thing I am no longer working is all I can say. (smile) they have kept me busy for sure. With all the DR and therapy visits and surgery. I have been a Nurse this summer.

But I thank the Lord he came through it all fine and should be returning to work in a couple of weeks. Aaron will go back to school the following week after Mike goes back to work. Wow the house will seem very quiet indeed with them both gone.

But there is a lot to do for Bills Special Kids with the Annual Picnic on the 30th of August then CAST for Kids is coming up in September and the next day is the Pancake Breakfast. (One of Aaron's favorite things)

Then shortly after all of that begins the selling of the Raffle tickets for the Christmas Party and planning the party. Always a fun time of year for sure.

I am so thankful to have been blessed to have Bills Special Kids come into our lives. And I will cherish all the time we have spent with them for the rest of my life.

When God shuts a door he opens a window. And he knew how much we needed a loving family. SO THANK YOU JESUS!
