I made homemade Pizza tonight

Just call me Susie Homemaker today I decided to make homemade Pizza tonight since Justin (my cousin's son) was here spending the night with Aaron he came home with him after school on the bus. So having two 6 ft 4 over 300 pound boys to feed thought it was a good day to do it.... (smile)
One Pizza was regular dough with pepperoni, beef, red, green, yellow and orange bell peppers, onions and half of it had mushrooms on it. Mike is allergic to mushrooms but Justin and Aaron love them it also had a bunch of cheese on it.
The other pizza had garlic on the crust it had canadian bacon, pineapple, red, green, yellow and orange bell peppers, onions and it also had a lot of cheese on it. I also had fresh tomatoes to put on the top of them when they came out of the oven. They sure smelled yummy......
I am posting my masterpieces.. ha ha before.. during and afer cooked.. now I have cinnamon rolls to cook later tonight ( I told the boys for a midnight snack) they look so pretty they look like cinnabon cinnamon rolls I think.. Yummy... they have to rise for a couple more hours.. will send those pics later..But here are my Pizza pictures..

Our Saturday.. starts out sunny... then tornados..

It had been raining for two days so we decided to go clean up the van and run some errands. It was such a nice day we thought we would drive over to Waynoka which is like 25 miles from us. Each year they have a Snake Hunt... it is a festival..
The downtown square is blocked off and a carnival is set up with vendors of every kind. They had a Country Music Band playing during the day too they were awesome. And of course no fair is good without Funnel Cake and Fresh Lemonade.... The event ends with a ceremony where the snakes are measured and weighed. A prize is given for the longest snake captured (alive), the most pounds caught, and for the most buttons on the end of a rattler. The final event is an auction in which the longer snakes are auctioned off to the highest bidder.

Then we left Waynoka on the way home the sky started turning black within minutes of us arriving home the skys opened up thunder, lightening and hail... then one of the sirens in town went off for the tornado watch it was within 3 miles from us it was warning... I must say it was an exciting time...
Here are some pictures...

Morning All

Hello dear friends and family hope you are all doing well as you are reading this post. We are doing fine. Mike had a bit of a bug for a couple of days this week and Aaron seemed to get a tad of it himself but they are both fine now. Mike is still looking for work something that will have medical insurance for us. It stinks having no medical for sure. I really need to get into the Doctor and have some much needed past due bloodwork done for my year tests from my gastric bypass. To date I have lost 120 pounds. Which is wonderful the Doctor had told me because of my age and and my thyroid condition I might only lose about 100 pounds. So I am thrilled to say the least. And I feel so much better too, not carrying around that extra person on me.

I would ask that you continue to remember the Lawless Family in your prayers as more news is developing daily with Melissa and the murder of Sandra Cantu. This is all so scary and sad at the same time. Melissa is about the age of Amanda and Sara and she grew up in the Old State Missionary Baptist Work as did my girls. I have basically known this family the majority of my lifetime and I cannot fathom what they must all be going through at this time in their lives. So please say a special prayer that the truth will prevail and peace come for the Lawless and the Cantu families.

Also I ask that you say a prayer for D.J. Kyle today. He is being ordained at the Hemet Missionary Baptist Church today at 2 PM we are quite sad we cannot attend this service, we would so love to be there for him and to support him in this wonderful service. He is such a sweet young man who I am quite fond of. (smile) I love his entire family....But I would like everyone to remember him today in a special prayer that God be with him and help to give him peace during the questioning part of the service. I LOVE YOU DJ....

I hope you all have a wonderful day. We have had rain the past two days and today at this moment anyway the sun is shining brightly and it looks so pretty and clean outside. The air smells so nice after a wonderful rainfall. GOD IS GOOD.... ALL THE TIME!!!!!!

Love ya

Happy Birthday Bubba

Today is Aaron's 16th Birthday I love you my dear sweet "Gentle Giant"

Easter 2009

We had a wonderful day yesterday got up at 5:30 am to attend Sunrise Services and even though it had been pouring down rain and we had to have the service inside the church it still make us thankful for the rain because of all the fires here in Oklahoma as of late. We really need the rain here it rained all day yesterday but it was a beautiful day. After Sunrise Services the Pastor cooked Biscuits and Gravy for everyone, then it was time for Sunday School.. the Choir did an awesome Easter Cantata very moving indeed. Then it was time for the Easter Sermon and the Pastor here did an Awesome Job. Last night we had a good evening service as well. All in all even though it was a cool, wet Easter it was a Wonderful Day.. THANK YOU JESUS for all you have done for my family and continue to do.... Here are some pictures I took..
The couple is Justin and Mandy (his girlfriend) Justin is Aaron's cousin. The man in the picture with Aaron is the Pastor of the Bible Baptist Church here in Alva. A very nice and very friendly man who is very good with Aaron. He is Aaron's Bud!!!!

I pray you all have a wonderful Easter, the church here in Alva is having Sunrise Services at 7 am which we want to attend but they are also forecasting thunderstorms and rain. We are praying it does not happen and waits until Monday to have the rain. We shall see. After sunrise services they are having bisquits and gravy breakfast at the church so it should be a busy day tomorrow.

Then Monday is Aaron's 16th Birthday.. he is very excited about turning 16...

Love you all... Hugs N Prayers Judy
