Veteran's Day
For all of you who are Veteran's in case you were not aware of it from Veteran's Day until Thanksgiving Day each year, Knotts Berry Farm lets the Veteran in and one Guest for free. Also you can purchase up to 6 more tickets for the price of $15.00 each. So even though I was still not feeling all that great yesterday Michael said hey lets take Aaron to Knotts for a few hours. So we did. It was nice because since the total cost was only $15.00 for us all 3 to go we didn't feel we had to stay for 10 hours.(smile) So we went they rode all the roller coasters and rides they wanted and the Sky Tower one I love that one so you can see all over. It was a beautiful day weather was perfect could not have asked for more never got over 70 degrees. And when it started to get dusk and the wind set in and it got chilly we were all tired and ready to return home. So was a GOOD DAY and Aaron got to go to Knott's one more time before us moving out of California. So it was fun. Here are some of the pictures of the day. Love the ones of my guys on the roller coasters...

Prayers Needed for the Akes Family
I was at Loma Linda this afternoon and at approximately 3:40 baby Zachary Jacob Akes was taken home to be with our Lord. Please be in prayer for Randy and Kristen and Baby Randy (Zachary's twin) It is such a sad and trying time for Randy and Kristen as they must now prepare for the funeral of one of their blessed baby boys that they were so thrilled to bring into this world. It has been a very sad day indeed. I must say in the midst of the sadness it was such a blessing to see so many people poor out their love and support for the family today. It is wonderful how our church family is so supportive in times of need such as today. Baby Zachary is in the hands of Jesus tonight.

Prayer Needed

We need to be in prayer for our Nation with this man that will be going to the White
House in 2009. I am scared.... VERY SCARED.....
He is for a Socialist Government which is one step away from Communism and your freedom as you know it today will cease to exist once he takes the oath. He would not even salute the American Flag..... GOD HELP US!!!!!!

Bills Special Kids Harvest Party
We had a great night at the Harvest Party this year. Each year a local church sponsers our Bill's Special Kids and does a Harvest Celebration including trunk or treat.
The Pastor's wife came as Sarah Palin she was so cute. Here are some pictures of the night. Love the one of Nathan giving his Uncle Aaron a high five. Also love Ben, Aaron and Mike as the 3 Monkeys....(smile)
Pat is going to send me some of the ones Bob took that night I will post those at another time.
