Hello All

Been a busy time lately... Our oven went out was out for 19 days and our Air Conditioner went out upstairs on a day it was over 100 degrees it was out for 12 days.. All was fixed yesterday WOO HOO...

The owners came this last weekend and said the painter is coming to paint the outside of the house first week in July. They also said they are selling the house and wanted to give us first crack at it since we have helped fix it up and worked on it some. But we cannot afford to buy a home at this time we have no down payment.

So looks like we will be looking for a place to move soon.

We are leaving for CA on Monday to go to Penny's wedding. (she is like my sister) I love her to death....

Going to try to fit in as many people as humanly possible in 5 days.. Gonna be hard but will do the best we can..

I have a major headache today hoping it passes soon..
